MEMOS // A Zesty Night at the Good Food Guide Awards

A little citrus, a lot of colour and a whole lot of good food!

We were thrilled to be part of this year's Good Food Guide Awards NSW, held at the iconic Carriageworks in Sydney, creating the florals for a night celebrating the very best of the food and hospitality industry.

The brief? Bright, bold and a little bit playful!

Taking inspiration from the Good Food Guide's vibrant branding, we worked with a delicious palette of sunshine yellows, punchy oranges and pops of soft pastel blue.

And because it was a celebration of all things food, we couldn't resist bringing some fresh produce into the mix! Lemons, mandarins, oranges and grapefruits were piled high and nestled amongst beautiful seasonal blooms, creating fun, sculptural arrangements that were almost good enough to eat.

From colourful table moments to statement floral installations around the stage and entrance, we had so much fun bringing a little citrus magic to Carriageworks.

A fabulous night celebrating incredible food, talented people and the very best of Sydney's dining scene.

A huge congratulations to all the winners, including Sixpenny, crowned Restaurant of the Year, Hussein Sarhan and Alex Tong of South End, named Chefs of the Year, and the legendary Peter Gilmore, honoured with the Legend Award.

Fresh, fun and full of zest. Just how we like it! 🍊
